Courseparcel is an Euvoca service for business customers. These are the standard service terms; your written order confirms the exact scope, seller details, total, dates and any agreed variation before you pay. Sending an inquiry does not place a paid order.
Choose your package
Mini is US$249 for up to five content screens, five supplied single-answer questions, 800 words and five supplied still images. Standard is US$399 for up to 15 content screens, ten supplied single-answer questions, 2,000 words and ten supplied still images. Quiz and result views do not consume the content-screen allowance. All visible course text, questions, choices, feedback, labels and credits count toward the word limit. Images may be up to 2 MB each.
Both include one branded template, an optional scored quiz or completion-only mode, SCORM 1.2 packaging, editable HTML/CSS/JavaScript source, repackage instructions, a private preview, one consolidated correction and a SCORM Cloud/desktop Chrome test record. A content screen is a navigation page, not necessarily one browser viewport or PowerPoint slide.
You can request multiple Mini and Standard courses together. Prices and limits apply to each course separately; allowances are not pooled. Each course includes its own package, editable source and one consolidated correction. The website subtotal is an estimate before scope confirmation and applicable tax, with any custom work quoted separately. We confirm capacity, the final total and delivery dates for the full order before payment.
Custom projects receive a written quote. Larger courses, a series or help with a named LMS are assessed for feasibility before inclusion. The fixed packages do not include curriculum writing, video/audio, branching, native visual-authoring files, certificates, secure exams, ongoing hosting or client-LMS deployment/testing.
Brief, payment and production
You supply final, approved English content and the questions, correct answers and feedback. Before accepting files, we agree permitted use, AI-assisted production, private SCORM Cloud testing and content handling. You must have permission to supply and authorize that use of the material. We do not receive confidential, personal or compliance-critical content under the standard service.
We confirm complete inputs, an outline, the pass rule or completion behavior, the acceptance checklist, capacity, the delivery date and the exact total including any applicable tax. Euvoca then issues a secure Stripe invoice. Production starts after successful payment confirmation. The sample is optional; your course preview is part of production after ordering.
Review and delivery
You have seven calendar days from preview availability to submit one consolidated correction list against the agreed brief. A new topic, additional content or a changed design direction needs a new scope. We agree the correction return date in writing.
If no feedback arrives by the review deadline, we deliver the tested version that meets the agreed checklist. Silence is not a statement that you accepted or approved it. Final files do not wait for Stripe’s payout to our bank.
Your team owns its LMS import, configuration and acceptance unless your order includes separately scoped LMS work. Editable source requires a web-capable operator and does not include a drag-and-drop authoring application. Rights in supplied and licensed materials remain with their owners under their licences.
Cancellations and problems
Cancel before we send you confirmation that production has started for a full refund. After that confirmation, a change of mind does not automatically cancel the agreed work; contact us to discuss the situation. We remain responsible for delivering the agreed result.
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, or cannot resolve an in-scope defect under the agreed correction process, we provide a full refund. If we cannot meet the confirmed delivery date, you may agree a revised date or cancel for a full refund. Report an in-scope delivery defect within seven days of receiving the final files. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Your written order records the applicable transaction details and any additional requirements before payment.
